Your Oldfields Accounts

We know there is a lot to keep track of. Below are the accounts you will use throughout the year, and their primary purpose. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions on setting up accounts to access your students’ information.

Parent Portal:

Used to share documents from the school including photos. Your “resource hub” for all information shared by the school

Magnus:

Health information portal. This is completely confidential between your family and the school nurse and will include any notes on your child’s health or visits to our care team

FACTS Billing:

You will see tuition payments and any supplementary charges through this account

FACTS SIS:

The Student Information Service, and stop for all things academic. This will include your child’s schedule, grades, and assignments. 

Your personal email account:

You will receive a weekly update from the school with timely information for the week. These will also be posted on the Parent Portal.
