Oldfields School Privacy Policy Statement

Oldfields is committed to protecting the privacy of our website users while offering them an interactive way to keep in touch with what's happening at the School. Website visitors can access the School's home page and browse our site without disclosing any personal data.

Any information submitted or stored in the secure portion of the website, also known as the Community is for official School use only and also for individual communication of a personal nature between members of the Oldfields community. It is important to us to let you know how we use the information collected in the Community portion of our website. The following is our policy regarding Internet privacy and usage.

Collection and Use of Personal Information

Oldfields does not collect personal information, such as your name, address, phone number, or email address, while you browse our website. We do collect personal data that you may have volunteered throughout your relationship with the school. You can update this information yourself online, or you can send us an email (alumnae should send an email to the Alumnae Office, and parents should send an email to the Admission Office).

All of our employees and data processors who have access to, and are associated with, the processing of personal data are obliged to respect the confidentiality of our visitors' personal data.

A "cookie" on the Internet refers to a piece of information sent by a web server to a web browser that the browser software is expected to save and to send back to the server whenever the browser makes additional requests from the server. Oldfields School does not use cookies on its website.
