Magnus Health
All families are required to submit health forms on Magnus Health. Both new and returning families have received information on creating (or updating) your account. Please see email sent from Magnus with instructions on creating your account. Once you have your login information you can access the portal below. All health forms are due by Aug 1.

School Care Team
Our health and wellness care team is made up of the Residential Life Staff, School Counselor and School Nurse.
We encourage you to make an appointment with Kim Malehorn, School Counselor, prior to the start of the school year to best understand what resources are available! She has office hours on Monday and Thursday from 9:00AM-11:00AM and can be reached at malehornk@oldfieldsschool.org
All families are required to have an initial conversation with Nurse Chris Rossiter, which will be done on Orientation day. Feel free to reach out in advance of your appointment with any questions. Nurse Chris can be reached at rossiterc@oldfieldsschool.org
