Previous to joining Oldfields in 2013, Tom served as the Associate Director of Admission at the Masters School where he oversaw day school admissions. He then spent two years as the Director of Admission at Stanwich School in Connecticut. Tom spent years in advertising and television production after a start in independent school teaching. He and his wife, Annie, live in the McCulloch House on campus.
