Katherine Richardson '04, Dancer and Aerialist


 

Katherine Richardson ’04 graduated from Oldfields in 2004 and went on to earn a degree in Modern Dance Performance at the University of the Arts in Philadelphia and currently is completing her MBA at Northeastern University with a dual concentration in International Business and Entrepreneurship. For the past 19 years, Katherine has had the pleasure of performing nationally and internationally as a dancer and aerialist. She has performed with artists like Gwen Stefani, collaborated and performed at the Super Bowl, toured with Sway an international circus company, and originated the first and only female character for Blue Man Group in Las Vegas. Currently, Katherine is a director and aerial trainer for Royal Caribbean International as well as an assistant aerial choreographer for new builds. When Katherine is not traveling for work, she resides in Orlando, FL where she runs her own photography business called K Richardson Photography specializing in movement and commercial photography.
