May Program is one of the signature programs in our expanding experiential learning curriculum. May Program is an annual portfolio of hands-on experiences that provide students with diverse opportunities to engage in self-discovery and explore the community and region around them. Successful completion of a May Program each year is a core Graduation requirement and an important facet of the Oldfields education program.

2022/2023 MAY PROGRAM TIMELINE

  • January 5, 2023: May Program Selection Form Due
  • February 5, 2023: First Deposit Due 
  • March 5, 2023: 50% of the Remaining Balance Due
  • April 5, 2023: Remaining Balance Due 
  • May 15-26, 2023: May Program

May Program Notes

  • May Programs have minimum and maximum enrollments.
  • If minimum enrollment is not reached, a May Program will not be offered.
  • Priority for a May Program assignment is given to students in higher grades.
  • May Program assignments may be influenced by health and safety protocols, particularly for off-campus overnight travel trips.
  • Students and families are encouraged to contact May Program instructors with specific questions about the program.
