I would like to request May Program financial assistance.
See details below
Students requesting May Program financial assistance are encouraged to choose their top two May Program preferences regardless of cost. Financial assistance for May Program is very limited and is contingent upon several factors which may include: student seniority, demonstrated financial need through tuition assistance, requested financial need through submission of this form regardless of past demonstrated or non-demonstrated need, availability of scholarship funds, and capacity of selected May Program options. May Program financial assistance is granted in the form of a one-time use grant to be applied to the individual student cost of the program. Assistance may or may not cover all required program fees. Requests for financial assistance will be kept confidential. Please contact Kathleen Wenck, Director of Financial Aid, with questions related to financial assistance at WenckK@OldfieldsSchool.org.

May Program Notes

  • May Programs have minimum and maximum enrollments.
  • If minimum enrollment is not reached, a May Program will not be offered.

  • May Program assignments may be influenced by factors like how many students request financial aid and health and safety protocols, particularly for off-campus overnight travel trips.
  • Itineraries and final program costs will be provided with May Program placement notifications.
  • Students and families are encouraged to contact May Program sponsors with specific questions about the program
  • General questions should be directed to Director of Academics Dr. Jeremy Jernigan at JerniganJ@OldfieldsSchool.org.
