My Top 10 Snacks and Why

10. Goldfish

(preferably extra cheddar)

I really love having a big box of Goldfish in my room, as this is a fan favorite amongst different girls in my dorm. It’s an easy box to grab and share, since you can pour a handful right into your friends’ hands.

9. Chocolate Chip Cookies

I like to order my cookies from Amazon. In my opinion, the best chocolate chip cookies are the Pepperidge Farm Soft Baked Chocolate Cookies. They are nice and soft, and easily breakable. You can eat them anytime of the day and they are easy to grab and enjoy.

8. Takis

Along with Pirate’s Booty, another fan favorite in my dorm is Takis. Takis are spicy and delicious. Whether you eat them in the morning or at night they always add a little spice to your life! My favorite time to share these snacks is when one of my friends in the dorm hates spicy foods, but thinks she can handle the spice! It’s always a good time to see someone’s reaction to the heat for the first time.

7. Pirate’s Booty

My roommate and I love to share Pirate’s Booty. The big bags are especially easy to share with a friend. We can either each have the individual sized snack bag, or while we are watching a movie on the weekends share one big bag. It’s just a cheesy snack to share for any occasion!

6. Pringles

I personally love to have Pringles as a quick grab-and-go option when I need a pick-me-up on the way to class or study hall in the evenings. However, these are so dangerously good that if I’m just sitting in my room it can be a bit tempting to just keep eating until the whole can is gone.

5. Granola bars

For one of the healthier options in my room, I always keep granola bars. They are an easy to-go snack, especially for the mornings if I’m rushing to class or after school on my way to sports.

4. Ramen Noodles

Ramen noodles are the easiest food to make in the dorm, along with mac and cheese. I like to eat ramen noodles as a snack after study hall, but not every night. Once it gets cold outside they are a nice and quick snack to warm you up after the walk back.

3. Candy

It is always good to have a little sweet treat kept in your room. My two favorites are Reese’s and Snickers. After a long day of school, or even for dessert at lunch, it is nice to grab a quick little treat to eat.

2. Oreos

My favorite cookie to munch on while sitting in bed watching a movie would be Oreos. Not the double stuffed because it’s too sweet, but the regular, good old-fashioned oreo is really yummy. It is definitely the best cookie to cure a sweet tooth craving!

1. Doritos

Doritos, especially the nacho cheese-flavored bag, are one of my favorite chips to eat because they are the best flavor (duh!) and they have such a nice crunch. They may get a little messy sometimes, but that’s not a problem.
