Director of development  Application

  • The Director of Development supervises a staff of three (3) and serves as a liaison to the Development and Alumnae Committee and Governance Committee. The Director will create and oversee important aspects of the School’s strategic alumnae and development plan such as the Capital Campaign (major and planned giving), the Oldfields Fund, parent and alumnae relations, prospect/donor management, events, advancement-related communications and budget oversight. This position reports to the Head of School and serves on the School’s Leadership Team. This is a full-time, exempt position requiring frequent travel and work outside of normal business hours, including some weekends. Occasional remote work may be permitted at the discretion of the Head of School.

Director of Finance APPLICATION

  • The Director of Finance will be responsible for the management and oversight of all day-to-day finance, accounting, cash flow, and financial reporting activities.  Furthermore, the Director of Finance will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the human resources policies, procedures, and programs. 

Director of Enrollment APPLICATION

  • The Director of Enrollment Management is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the admission office and is dedicated to working with the entire Oldfields community to maximize admission recruitment, enrollment and retention of mission-appropriate students. The Director is responsible for expanding the name and reputation of the School in markets where Oldfields School is already known—and in markets where the School needs to be more active and involved. As a member of the Administrative Team, the Director will be the voice of the admission office and will be engaged with issues that influence school life and have an impact on faculty/staff, students, and their families.
