National Honor Society Induction On April 17, 2019, Oldfields School proudly announced the fourth annual induction of students into the Oldfields Chapter of the National Honor Society. It has been determined by Oldfields National Honor Society Faculty Council that in addition to fourteen current members, six additional students meet the high standards of scholarship, service, leadership, and character established by the National Society and are deserving of membership.

The students were celebrated at a ceremony led by Oldfields NHS Director Priscilla DiGalbo and Head of School David Perfield followed by a reception with their parents and the faculty. Congratulations, girls! We couldn't be more proud of you!
Softball Crushes It! Have you heard about the Oldfields softball team? They are having an incredible season! Team captains, Azaria Ford '19, Olivia Morris '19, and Faith Rhodes '19 (who just signed to play college ball at Stevenson University!), have led the team to second place in their conference! Returning pitcher Katie Mather '21 and newcomer Madi Geidel '22 as catcher are an unstoppable pair.
Head Coach Gabi Davis shares, "With the help of a large returning group of players, the softball team started the season strong. Having already beaten our original team goal of three wins, the coaching staff is excited and confident in our competitiveness as we look towards playoffs."
Good luck, team!
Close to 60 grandparents and special friends came to campus on April 12 to spend the day with their favorite Oldfields student. Miss Nan's was hopping at 7:45 a.m. when the girls came to meet their guests and take them to Morning Meeting where they were treated to Faith's '19 inspirational Senior Presentation. Then it was off to class where the grandparents got to see what a day in the life of their granddaughter is like--including class participation! Thanks to everyone who helped us celebrate these special relationships!
Dear Oldfields Family,
Each spring we thank Oldfields' teachers for all that they do for our girls by providing breakfast treats during National Teacher Appreciation Week, May 6-10. We ask parents to sign up and deliver a breakfast item, send in gift cards from Panera's, Dunkin' Donuts, Bagel Works, or Wegmans, or make a class donation so that the Parent Association can pick something up and deliver it for you!
Email the OPA at OldfieldsParentAssoc@OldfieldsSchool.org if you have questions! All my best,
Jennifer Manning jjgtmanning@gmail.com
