Dear Oldfields Community,
We are pleased to report that we are moving forward in our search for the next Head of Oldfields School. The Search Committee has been formed, the job has been posted in several locations, including the Oldfields website, and applications have already been received.
The Search Committee’s goal is to be open and inclusive throughout the process. You will find a new webpage on the Oldfields website Head of School Search, which will include ongoing search updates as we move through the hiring process. The Search Committee, listed below, includes alumni, past parents, staff, and faculty. All members of the committee share a love of Oldfields School, and the goal is to find the next leader who will keep our school focused on "each girl's success." All members of the committee welcome your comments and suggestions as we move through this process.
The Search Committee has developed a survey to collect opinions and information from the Oldfields School Community on what attributes the next Head of School should possess. It is time for your voices to be heard. This short survey will provide direction and ideas as to what we as a community are looking for in the next Head of School. Some questions also pertain to your insights into Oldfields School and its future. We strongly encourage you to take a few minutes to participate in the survey, as it is an efficient and easy way to make your thoughts known to the Search Committee. Please note that the survey will remain on the website until Friday, March 31, 2023.
