Oldfields School offers a comprehensive college preparatory program that is personalized for each girl. While the graduation requirements ensure that each girl is prepared for college admission, the program is designed to enhance the strengths and to support the challenges of each individual girl. The program maximizes each girl’s intellectual and creative potential, builds her confidence through increasing competence, and prepares her for college and beyond. Honors courses are offered to girls who demonstrate strong potential in a particular discipline of study. These students can elect to take the Advanced Placement exams in May. The Seminar Series extends the learning opportunities for the girls with units on organizational skills, financial literacy, leadership, and more. With a unique daily schedule, the academic program allows for depth of study, frequent additional support, small class size, low faculty-to-student ratio, and a variety of learning experiences.
