The Varsity Lacrosse team played a high powered St. Timothy team at home yesterday. Oldfields struggled to get into a rhythm at the beginning of the game, but captains Anastasia Araviakis and Louise Chapman helped everyone to refocus and take control. Lilly Carroll and Charlotte Mayer made major contributions on the draw controls, each collected two. Emily Brownawell continued to lead the attack with eight goals and one assist. On the defensive end Dalvida Palmer and Caroline Murphy increased their communication and urgency in covering their players. Tiffany Peart held strong in the goal, and made twelve saves throughout the game. The team is looking forward to improving each game, and will play again on Friday against Fellowship of Christian Athletes at Oldfields.
