- Submit Application
Please complete our Oldfields Application online; or choose from the options above. There will be a $50 non-refundable application fee for students living in the U.S. and a $125 application fee for students living outside the United States.
- Schedule Interview / Campus Tour
Let's get better acquainted! Contact the Admission Office to arrange a campus visit. This is a great opportunity to get the inside scoop during an Oldfields student tour, experience the incredible atmosphere, and sample our excellent dining hall menu! The tour is followed by a personal interview with a staff member. If your family cannot visit campus, a Skype or phone interview can be substituted. We can't wait to meet you! - Forward a Transcript
Please download, sign and deliver the school recommendation form > to the principal, head of school, or guidance counselor at your present school. Have your school complete and return this form along with a transcript, standardized testing, and any descriptions of school sectioning and grading policies. Transcripts should arrive no earlier than December or January, so that they may reflect first semester work.
- Provide Teacher Recommendations
Please download and have a current teacher fill out the English teacher recommendation form > and the Math teacher recommendation form >.
- Complete Testing
Registration for testing must be completed in advance to ensure that results are available to us. Please submit test results from one of the following:
SSAT - Secondary School Admission Test. Read more >

PSAT - Preliminary Scholastic Aptitude Test
or SAT - Scholastic Aptitude Test Read more >
TOEFL or the Duolingo English Test - Test of English as a Foreign Language. Read more >

- Individualized Educational Evaluation
If the applicant has had an educational evaluation, such as a WISC or Woodstock Johnson, within the last 24 months the full report of the evaluation must be submitted to the Admission Office. This evaluation may take the place of the above mentioned tests.
Note: The Admission Committee may require additional testing. We will notify you in writing when your application for admission is complete.
